Application Operational Support Analyst

IT Resourcesis looking for anApplication Operational Support Analystto join a team of an important lab.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:
Responsible for production support coordination for Brazil's IT M&S landscape systems.
Perform production support, administrative and maintenance duties for assigned IT Marketing & Sales systems.
Work and communicate on issues/requests from application users.
Understand existing applications/systems and their underlying architecture in assigned area of responsibility.
Produce documentation as assigned in support of operational activities.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in IT Application Operational Support or System Analyst roles
English language: Professional Read / Write and Conversation. Requires to work with global teams across the world.
Portuguese language: Advanced Read / Write and Conversation

Desirable Requirements:
SQL
Salesforce.com technologies
ITIL knowledge specially Incident and Problem Configuration processes
Knowledge of BI IT policies
BISM tool knowledge
