Mondel?z International is looking for a Training Coordinator for Victoria´s Plant (GBA Norte).
The successful candidate will be:
- Assess the needs of the area of t & e depending on the business strategy targeting in the process and progress of Integrated Lean Six Sigma.
- Design and implement the various activities, training and development plans for personal blue and white collar plant.
- Relieve jobs and skills and personal skills for establishing a development plan based on the skills matrix design that such effects
- Set, complete and analyze the management indicators of T&E (Training area), analyze the improvements to overcome the objectives and considering the best in class.
- Encourage self and generate work and training tools available for each worker.
- Observe, analyze, develop, share and implement practical, processes and ideas with other couples and plants in pos growth area to contribute T&E regional and global.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
- +5 year of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge ILG6 is required.
- Fluent English
