Mondelez International is looking for aHuman Resources Analyst Laborfor Victoria´s Plant.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Contribute in the design of the organization and legal labor strategy along with the area of ??Labor Relation to contribute to the fulfillment of the management and objectives of HR / CBN Plant and Business.
Implement actions aimed at cultural change and development of work culture aligned to HPO. Follow up and establish plans for improvement.
Implement and complement effective leadership development for the entire operation.
Coordinate the alignment of management and internal labor processes with the Region and the rest of the plants in Argentina in teamwork with Labor Relation
Coordinate and accompany the labor relations with the union representatives and other state agencies in strategy and joint participation with Labor Relation.
To contribute to the good working environment, fundamentally by promoting good personal relationships, equity, justice and processes, thus contributing to the development of business activities.
Collaborate with the management of the pillars according to Integrated Systems and each Master Plan.
Develop and follow-up and analyze KPI referential to its management and dimensions.
Working in the engagemenet of workers with their leaders and MDLZ
Collaborate and follow up the processes of improvements with the area of ??
Payroll to guarantee the correct liquidation of assets.
Requisitos:
Education
University degree in Law, Labor Relations, Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration and related careers
Experience
Minimum experience of 3 years in HR positions and / or labor relations
Experience in working relationships in a complex environment.
Leadership and management experience with indicators.
Requirements
Fluent English, good knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Knowledge of labor procedures in different governmental and union organizations.
Knowledge of salary settlement processes and Compensation & Benefits processes
Relationship with the Ministry of Labor and Labor Court
Ability to train and train in theoretical and practical concepts to work teams.
