Mondelez International is looking for aHuman Resources Supervisor Laborfor Victoria´s Plant.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Design together with Labor Relation and the staff the organization necessary for the achievement of business objectives to ensure the greatest current contribution and sustainability to the business.
To develop the actions of processes and policies of the people who work in the Plant, in order to obtain the work and performance for the achievement of the business objectives
Develop plans related to the organizational climate for all Areas. To guarantee the retention, motivation and development of our human resources to the maximum of their performance
Accompany the corporate processes Performance Management,
Coordinate effective leadership development for the entire operation. To guarantee the cultural and strategic adjustment with values ??and priorities of the Leadership of Mondelez.
Coordinate the alignment of management and internal labor processes with the Region and the rest of the plants of Argentina for ensure the development of policies and procedures in force and / or necessary for the operation working in synergy with Labor Relation
Coordinate and Control Labor Relations with the Trade Union
Representatives and other state agencies in a joint strategy with the labor legal department of MDLZ
Ensure the good relations that allow us to develop as a company in a GPTW context without affecting the production under MDLZ values
Participate in the Pilar Organization
Act, along with other Pillars of HR and Integrated Systems, to guarantee to solutions of specific demands of the Plant;
Develop KPI references to your management and dimensions.
Establish a strategy to manage labor relations in conjunction with Labor
Relation reach the CBN of the plant.

Requisitos:
Education
University degree in Law, Labor Relations, Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration and related careers

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in positions of headquarters in HR areas and / or labor relations.
Experience in working relationships in a complex environment.
Leadership and management experience with indicators.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing people.

Requirements
Fluent English, good knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of labor legislation.
Knowledge of labor procedures in different governmental and union organizations.
Knowledge of salary settlement processes and Compensation & Benefits processes
Relationship with the Ministry of Labor and Labor Court
Ability to train and train in theoretical and practical concepts to work teams.
