Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to fuel our sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills and a strong command of English (C1 level).
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication methods to understand their needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve lead generation strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales development or similar role.
Fluent in English with a minimum C1 proficiency level.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
