Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager in Buenos Aires/Argentina
She/He will be responsible for:

Manage and perform all sales processes related to PQ products and Services in the assigned region. Responsible for achieving sales, profit and growth goals. Carry out company polices and provide local market knowledge to the strategic planning process.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Education / Experience required to meet position qualifications:

Degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering or related fields
Masters Degree preferred
Proficient in English
Sales & marketing experience within the DC and telecommunications markets
In-depth knowledge of DC products and applications
Knowledge of Service processes and procedures
Strong negotiation skills
High capacity to maintain focus and to prioritize activities
Capacity to commit the team, share experiences, and improve decision making.
Strong management of people skills, talent selection and recruitment
Ability to manage conflict
