Mondelez International is looking for a Sales Supervisor, Traditional Trade in Comahue. You should preferably reside in Neuquén Capital, Cipolletti, Roca or nearby.

We are looking for a professional with a degree in Engineering, Economy, Marketing or Finance, +5 years of Sales work experience. Field Sales & Team leadership experience is desirable and English spoken is a must.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Traditional Trade sales results in the region. Should ensure planning, development, implementing and managing of sales actions necessary to achieve and exceed the goals of Volume, Revenue, Distribution, for each MLDZ category in the region. It is responsible for develop sales team.

The main responsibilities are:
• Accountable for delivering Region revenue and volume targets by focusing on sales drivers (distribution, visibility, pricing, merchandising / promotions).
• Develop regional strategies and plans that link to national plan to achieve set targets.Plan and recommend appropriate resources to effectively deliver on agreed plans.
• Responsible for ongoing monitoring of regional RTM effectiveness and recommend changes if any, to consistently achieve distribution targets.Make recommendations to better meet customers’ needs, and constantly monitor results. Ensure the profitability of our strategic partners (TD's). Maximize relationship and influencing to negotiate and implement agreed KPI’s with distributor; have good understanding of distributors’ profitability.
• Support forecasting process by providing bottom-up data and relevant information to optimize sales for the region. Identify potential risks, opportunities and misses for the area, communicate accordingly and recommend solutions.
• Assess and develop the sales force team, and motivate team to drive optimal results, a flawless execution at POB (distribution, shelving, pricing, merchandising) for all promotions, events and new products within the region.
• Conduct regular field audits on TD program execution and provide feedback to Field Sales team and Distributor for improvement. Lead regional Sales team to ensure right implementation of the strategy of Perfect Store.
