Job Description
- Partner with IT team members and the client community to deliver IT services that utilize underlying technology solutions in support of business objectives to improve productivity.
- Activities include analysis, interpretation, identifying trends and taking corrective actions. Responsibilities will primarily baseline IT process review and support, reporting and analysis duties and include leading and participation on project teams. This would include the ongoing maintenance, optimization, 3rd-level support and basic technology consulting. Accountability for the supported services.
- Implement global processes and local requirements according to internal standards in the systems
- Takes proactively care of the further development and optimization of the business processes
- Supports rollouts following the high level definition of the rollout scope and monitors the ability of budget and resources
- Implement the increasing scope of the template versions
- Collects and assesses change requests in alignment with the demand management
- Monitors the ability of budget and resources
