We arelooking for a Senior Service Desk Analyst with experiences in Level 1.5 Support.
This resource will be acting as aLead for the account. The candidate will be leading and training new joiners. As Lead he/She will be acting as SME for every IT topics that a Help Desk Analyst might have; that is why is very important that he haveService Desk experienceandRemote Desktop or site support experience.

Specifications / Required Skills:

Advanced Spanish Level
Advanced English Level
Intermediate Portuguese

Service desk experience - Support Level 1.5
Experience leading teams with global accounts (with different stakeholders and geographies)
experienceinActive Directory and Snow Reports.
ITIL knowledge is required.

Location:
Tucumán 3720 - Almagro

Timeshift:
This account supports 12*5 (with possible extension). Team coverage will be from Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 20:00 PM Arg Time so Team lead regulat shift will have to be between. If possible,some level of flexibility within shiftwill be great to have. National holiday will be covered as well.
