We are actively interviewing candidates in Texas for our Account Executive role covering our Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas (TOLA) region. Azul offers lucrative, uncapped commission potential! Our top sales professionals are making $1M in the past several years.
This is an individual-contributor, quota-carrying role. What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities)Cultivate relationships and engage with new and existing clients to sell our Enterprise Products:Azul Platform CoreandAzul Platform PrimeProspect and work closely with Lead Development Reps to foster newopportunitiesBuild a 3X quota pipelineConsistently close business on a monthly and quarterly basisWin competitive deals working closely with our local Sales EngineerWhat You'll Bring (aka Experience, Education)10+ years of proven experience in new business salesProven experience selling Enterprise Applications, Cloud, Security, Java, DevOps, Java frameworks, APM, Systems Monitoring, OSS in the TOLA region of the USExperience with middleware, big data (Cassandra, Hadoop) and search (SOLR, Elastic), a plusConsistently overachieving, top of your class, and proven historical incomeExperience working with Channel PartnersExperience with Opensource and the Java community a plusUndergraduate degree, or equivalent experienceSkills and CompetenciesExceptional communicator, influencer and presenterDemonstrated ability with Multi-Level sellingProficient in deal qualification methodologiesProgressive and proactive use of industry sales tools and systemsWhat we Offer ·Comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages
