The Offer- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- Flexible working options- Great work cultureThe JobYour responsibilities will include :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams : This includes copywriters, designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.- Help maintain the agency's brand and creative standards : Review all creative batches for accuracy, consistency, and quality.- Understand marketing and branding principles : This includes messaging, positioning, and target audience identification.- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective ad formats.- Task management :Always pay attention to detail and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive.- Participate : Partake in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help the agency win new business and create effective campaigns.The Profile- At least 1 year of experience working as an assistant Art Director / similar role.- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Tiktok) and their ad formats.- Exceptional attention to detail- Strong decision-making skillsAdditional Requirements- Previous experience working for an agency is beneficial.- Available immediatelyThe EmployerOur client is a one-stop creative shop for online advertisers.
