Automotive Service Advisor

Mercedes-Benz of Natick  is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting guests with service needs Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering Conducting post-repair follow-up Resolving customer complaints with manager assistance Covering results, progression and training with Service Manager daily Benefits Include:
