Bookkeeper (Builderstrend)

Welcome to our esteemed organization based in vibrant San Francisco! We're currently seeking a talented Bookkeeper with expertise in Builderstrend to join our dynamic team in the United States. This role demands a professional who excels under pressure and can adeptly juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.The Role- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.- Perform meticulous reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.- Monitor and oversee incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.- Manage collections accounts, including proactive customer outreach for payment follow-ups.- Ensure prompt collection of deposits and liaise with banks and customers as necessary.- Engage in effective customer communications, addressing collection issues and resolving challenges proactively.Ideal Profile- Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.- Demonstrated proficiency with Builderstrend is essential for this role.- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.- Familiarity with Google Apps such as Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is considered advantageous.- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.What's on Offer?- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities
