The position As a Business Insights Senior Analyst, you will: Support the BI Manager and the team in centralizing and managing a variety of data and information through the creation of dashboards and KPIs. Proactively assist in the development and execution of content and solutions with clear storylines to enhance customer performance by targeting segmented databases. Craft a clear narrative and use it to develop recommendations related to analytics and data together with the BI Manager. Collaborate on qualitative and quantitative marketing research projects by analyzing data trends (e.g., prescriber, patient, payer data). Maintain and develop databases and analytic applications in collaboration with IT, utilizing environments such as Power BI, Haystack, Qlik, Excel, and/or other proprietary platforms. Assist the BI Manager in developing reporting tools and reports (dashboards, search e.g. Google, or chat e.g. ChatGPT) for senior management to monitor strategic initiatives for all business units. Qualifications To be our new Business Insights Senior Analyst, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a focus in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. Knowledge in ETL and Data Representation Tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, QlikView, PowerBI (among others) is a plus. Proficiency in English. At least 2 years of experience in the area or similar roles.
