S/he will build a culture of continuous improvement and will work closely with the business leaders and executive leadership team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of solution architects in designing and implementing innovative and effective solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of solution architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional development.Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their business challenges.Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.Lead the development of comprehensive solution architectures that encompass technology, processes, and people to deliver business value.Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the solution architecture practice, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.Partner with project management teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions, providing oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on technology solutions.Develop and maintain documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and architectural diagrams.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience (8 years) in a solution architecture role, with demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients at all levels.In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.Experience working with a variety of technologies and platforms, including cloud computing, data analytics, and enterprise applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.Experience of Service Management & Architecture preferred.Advanced English level.
