We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and work on international projects. We are looking for people that want to grow, are challenge-driven, follow good practices, and are passionate about technology.
Must Haves:Fluent in English5+ years of experience in Data Engineering: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses. Strong skills in data modeling, database management, and query optimization are essential.Business Intelligence (BI) Knowledge: understanding of BI tools and techniques, including data visualization, dashboard creation, and report generation. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across various levels of the organization.Familiarity with applying data analytics and engineering techniques to support marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience with customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and campaign performance analysis is highly desirable.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, and/or R.
