Coordinate and lead the processes of recruitment, selection, hiring and dismissal of personnel
- Campus Recruitment (High School, Technical, University)
- Operators for Lithium Upstream/Downstream Production Plant (150 employees, AOMA)
- Chemical/Mechanical/Electric Engineers for Lithium Upstream/Downstream Production Plant (15 employees)
- Review the candidates and arrange the job interviews (HR/Area)
- Post and advertise our recruitments plan on the site to gather the candidates
- Use the head hunting companies to hire the valuable job postions
Supervise the correct administration and updating of personnel files.
Promote and coordinate training programs for employees.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the organizational culture.
Improve the benefit systems of the company
Benchmark the HR systems of other mining and manufacturing company
Prepare periodic reports on HR indicators and metrics.
