You'll help our local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.Como Senior Associate, trabajarás como parte de un equipo dentro de Human Capital. Donde tus tareas principales serán las siguientes:
Ejecución de procesos y planes de acción planificados por la dirección de Capital Humano.Reporting: análisis de resultados, liderazgo de focus groups, propuestas de mejora.Análisis de evaluaciones de compensación y desempeñoParticipación en reuniones con líderes locales e internacionales.
Requisitos:
Inglés avanzado (EXCLUYENTE).Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de las carreras de RRHH, RRLL, y/o afines.Contar con al menos 2 años de experiencia en roles similares (excluyente)Conocimiento avanzado de Excel, Google Sheet (excluyente)POWER BI y Workady ( deseable)Comprender la importancia de la correcta gestión de la informaciónConocimiento en seguridad de la información y protección de datosCorrecta gestión de la seguridad de la información Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
