Our Product Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in the success of our team, helping to provide a solid foundation for building and iterating on product development.
What you'll doManage several concurrent projects, including complex cross functional projects spanning many teams across the organizationDevelop project schedules in collaboration with the project team, owning delivery through all phases of developmentCollaborate with Product Management and Engineering to identify risk mitigation strategies, ensuring that risks are communicated early and oftenCommunicate project status clearly to project team and stakeholdersConduct scrum ceremonies with project teams, including facilitating the daily scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectivesCollaborate with engineering and product management in defining scope of projects, including a strategy for projects that are not yet clearly definedIdentify and implement process improvements across teamsWhat you'll needAt least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role in software developmentAn ability to simultaneously manage multiple, fast-paced initiativesProven strong written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsExcellent understanding of product release methodologiesFamiliarity with Agile software development and deployment processesAbility to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environmentWhat we'd like to seeAn advanced technical degree or MBACompetitive compensationStock optionsOSDE 410 for the family groupWellness perksConnectivity (mobile phone & internet) stipend Mac equipment3 weeks of vacation ASAPP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
