We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Research and Development (R&D) business unit. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of our R&D team. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Maintain and manage R&D financials, including Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls), research efforts tracking, and R&D forecasts. Client Support: Accountable for all administrative client requirements, including the creation and follow-up of Statements of Work (SOWs). Resource Allocation: Maintain R&D team allocations and ensure optimal resource utilization. Time and Effort Tracking: Periodically review and adjust R&D team members' hours submissions to accurately reflect their effort and facilitate precise billing. Billing Assistance: Assist with billing processes as needed, which may include sending invoices and following up on purchase orders (POs). Requirements Enthusiasm to join a fast-growing software development agency and contribute to the success of the R&D team. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, knowledge in functions such as Pivot Tables and advanced formulas (Vlookup, IF) are appreciated. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Comfort working on repetitive tasks and a commitment to consistency and accuracy. Availability to work full time for 8 hours. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Prior experience in finance or administrative support roles is a plus.
