We're forming a team for a US client and looking for a Product Business Analyst (Design Team).

About Our Product:

We've developed a comprehensive audit system designed to streamline inspections in the hospitality and food & beverage sectors, ensuring adherence to state accreditation standards in the U.S. Our goal is to make compliance simpler and more efficient, with a system that's both practical and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and opportunities to inform product strategyTranslate insights regarding business needs and market trends into actionable product features, working hand-in-hand with design and development teams to create innovative solutions that drive user engagement and business growth. Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify gaps in the current product and propose enhancements and new featuresLead the requirements gathering process, ensuring clear documentation and communication of product specifications to the design teamWork closely with the Product and Design teams to develop a clear vision for future product iterations, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectationsValidate product assumptions to ensure the proposed features meet the intended objectivesManage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements and providing solutions for future enhancementsConvert complex business and technical concepts into clear, actionable specifications and visual presentations for all stakeholders.


Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Product Business Analyst or Product Owner role within the IT industry, with a strong focus on product development. Ability to initiate the requirements gathering process from raw input, business needs, and stakeholder feedbackA solid grasp of system analysis, data flows, and the technical nuances of enterprise digital solutionsFamiliarity with key product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., ADO)Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in providing key inputs for design team coordinationSolid understanding of UX principles and the ability to collaborate with design teams to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. A proven track record of collaborating with UI/UX teams to bring product visions to life is essential. Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersA problem-solving mindset that balances innovative solutions with technical feasibilityA collaborative mindset that emphasizes working effectively across teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goalsAbility to produce various types of documentation, such as User Stories, BPMNs, Flowcharts, and Mind MapsA "What if" and "Why not" attitude, fostering creativity and optimismA continuous learning attitude, eager to adapt and grow in line with project needs


Will be a plus:

Experience in user research and usability testingProven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationshipsCreative collaboration with designers to visualize product enhancementsUnderstanding of the U.S. market's work ethics and customer expectationsStrategic foresight, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
