About the position: As a pivotal player, you'll spearhead the strategic planning and flawless execution that brings our innovative products to market, leveraging your proven track record in fast-paced startup environments. This position demands a strategic thinker capable of overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycles with precision, ensuring a seamless journey from conception to market-ready solutions.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive product plans, charting timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for SaaS development projects.Spearhead project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and upholding high-quality standards.Set clear expectations, deliver constructive feedback, and foster the professional growth of team members.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and UX/UI experts, to ensure the smooth integration of features and functionalities.Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Optimize our scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and elevate project delivery.Conduct thorough sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Requirements: Over 3 years of Project Management experience, mostly in startups and SaaS environments.Long experience working with US clients.Strong leadership skills with a focus on effective team management.Extensive experience in product development with a strong emphasis on UI/UX.Profound understanding of development lifecycles and methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written formats.Deep familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira.Ability to make informed decisions on the fly under tight deadlines and changing priorities.Preferred: Previous experience in a SaaS or fast-moving startup setting.Prior involvement in the messaging/CRM space.We are seeking exceptional individuals who want to contribute to a company poised for exponential growth.
