TL/DR: As a Production Coordinator, your role will include assisting in the smooth running of our production department's processes. This will include working with the creative team and working with our internal studio and external vendors to produce amazing creative work! The ideal candidate will support our internal studio and production department with incoming requests and ongoing projects. They will be the glue that helps bind multiple departments together to ensure the highest quality work is created. This role will have you working across multiple regions around the globe, sourcing vendors, and building production budgets with both internal and external teams.
The nitty-gritty: Manage creative requests and ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget Source vendors and create internal and external cost estimates Liaise with the creative team and marketing team to ensure all deliverables are met Organize and own incoming production requests Plan and coordinate kickoff meetings between creative and other global departments Oversee productions in multiple regions around the world Organize and track production costs across various departments and regions Your stats: Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the industry preferred Familiar with production best practices: budgeting, bidding and project management Working knowledge of technical project management software like Jira and Trello Strong understanding of industry market and conditions Experience working in a creative environment Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sharp business acumen and financial projection High regard for quality assurance Strong organizational and time-management skills Our Stats We offer a competitive salary and total rewards package including stock options (we believe it's important for our people to own a piece of the company and share in our success).
