Project Director

ZTE Argentina is looking for a professional for the position of Project Manager for Post Sales Department.
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company methodology, strategy, commitments and goals.
2. Leads the planning and implementation of the projects. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverers. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
3. Keep joint follow-up meetings with customers and project managers to keep projects under scheduled deadlines.
4. Be part of the escalation line to attend network affection that may happen during and after network operation.
5. Developed Project Management Plans for the customers to improve performance and obtain positive results in a short term.
6. Enhance customer relationships by keeping a high technical profile and a professional approach to problems and questions posed by customers.
7. Responsible to manage the requirements development for applying the best technology to satisfy business needs. Interacts with high level staff developing strategies and optimal solutions.
Qualifications: 1. General Telecommunications Knowledge (preference career in telecommunication / electronics).
2. More than 5 experience years managing deployment projects in telecommunications.
3. Experience working with main operators in Argentina.
4. Experience working with service providers.
5.PMP certification will be preferred.
6.Strong communication skills, proficient communication skills with internal customer.
7. Ability to maintain clear focus under pressure.
8. Quick thinking & learning. Strong analytical and organization skills.
9. High commitment and result-oriented to new challenges or projects.
10. Fluent English is mandatory.
