The Sr Financial Analyst role will include an ownership to produce detailed analysis of business drivers in order to develop and support the Executive Management Reports for the different FP processes (closing, forecast, plan) acting as a business partner for one line of business.This role also considers the responsibility of leading and managing the monthly closing process to meet the organization requirements and deliverables.Monthly Actual Reporting - Closing- Coordinate the different reports of this process Weekly NWP best estimates. Closing daily reports Closing analysis tool Executive summary report NWP Comments vs Prior for the senior management COG pack delivery to COG- Lead the closing calls with the countries as per given guidance- Ensure the delivery of reports on time and quality for the FP Senior Manager and FP Director review.Business Partnering role- Review and analysis of monthly actual results for one line of business.- Review and analysis of Forecast & Plan projections for one line of business. Ensuring the delivery of corresponding reports on time and high quality.- Ensure the understanding of the business included but not limited to the main insights, business drivers and risk and opportunities.- Actively support the DFOs and Countries of one line of business on the different processesPlan / Strategic PlanSupport the FP Senior Manager and FP Director on the different key deliverables , required reports and / or regional presentations.Active participation on the area transformation, always looking for efficiencies in the different processes handled by the FP teamEducation :Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fieldsExperience- Minimum of 5 years of experience- Prior experiences in FP, accounting and portfolio management.- Insurance industry experience desiredQualifications :- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese desirable)- Effective Communication both written and oral- Flexible, resilient and with team working strong skills- Highly motivated individual who can manage through a multitude of competing priorities at any given point in time. Must work with a strong sense of urgency to achieve agreed upon objectives within strict time constraints- Strong understanding of database structures, principles and practices- Use of Reporting and Business Intelligence tools, Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel)- Knowledge of TM1, Qlkview, and PeopleSoft is desirable.
