Requirements

Manage the full life-cycle and successful delivery of the CIP through the establishment of program controls to include schedule, estimate validation, contract administration and performance metrics to ensure timely and on-budget completion of program elementsRisk management to ensure the CIP is delivered within the terms of the established program controls and the quality expectations of the AuthorityPrepare written and graphic reports on CIP performance related to program controlsDevelop and implement mitigation procedures to manage program risksDevelop schedules to identify linkages between individual project elements and establish a prioritized plan of actionDevelop a Program Controls Handbook to be used by the AuthorityProvide periodic review of and improvement suggestions for the program controls and other such management mechanisms implemented by the PAS team during the term of the contractPerform additional comparable or related services
