The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a home-based agent, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating itinerary accommodations, preparing confirmations, and providing knowledge to the client(s). Responsibilities: Prepare marketing material Keep client documents updated and organized Stay up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations Utilize industry-leading booking systems and platforms to secure flights, accommodations, tours,and other travel services while optimizing cost efficiency Organizational skills for managing multiple bookings and deadlines Ability to work independently and remotely Qualifications: Passion for traveling virtually and physically Proficient in Google Docs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefit: Flexibility: You can work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.
