Advise existing and new customers about our van/van rental offerEnsure the mobility of our customers and determine individual vehicle solutionsCreate rental offers according to the specifications and clarify deviations from general conditionsPrepare and accompany commercial and technical vehicle handovers and returns on time
Categorize damage to rental vehicles and arrange for necessary repairsInitiate vehicle logistics movementsManage current rental contracts and check documents for completeness and up-to-dateness Qualifications Completed vocational trainingExperience in service-oriented industries (e.g. hotel industry, reception, customer service or gastronomy)Car driving license class BProduct knowledge in the automotive sector, especially vans/vans desirableGood organizational skills and willingness to performEnjoy working in a team and dealing with peopleHigh communication skills and service competenceThe position is full-time and limited to 12 months.
