Sap Technical Consultant

For the TOCC Project we are looking for a colleague to cover AMER timezone to increase coverage to 24/5 together with colleague from EMEA and APJ timezone. We are mainly looking for a colleague with a technician background for analyzing problems and implementing solutions for SAP Tools with also service management tasks on a smaller scale.
Must have:
• Technical analysis of incidents and performance or synchronization issues
• Suggesting preventive measures and engaging proactive incident prevention
• Documentation of processes
• Steering of Problem Management processes
• Engaging in incident calls
• Stakeholder management
Nice to have:
• (SAP) Network infrastructure knowledge for root cause analysis
• Knowledge of SAP Tools (TIC, SPC, CAM, FRUN, LAMA etc)
