TheSeniorResearch Analyst (Advanced Portuguese and English) will work side-by-side with Investment Professionals of one clientof the company, a Global Equity Firm.The main objective of the role is to assist the teams with research support throughout the investment/deal life cycle. The sectors under scope are Technology, Consumer,Healthcare and Financial Services. This position provides the opportunity to work in aglobal environment with top analysts/executives.
The main duties to be perform are:
- Help the teams to identify and understand key investment areas within thetechnology, consumer, healthcare and financial services sectors globally by preparing industry overviews on sub-sectors/verticals.
- Build material to help the team prepare for meetings with prospect companies: company profiles, people profiles, etc.
- Support the team sourcing effort by building market maps and identifying potentialprospect companies.
- Prepare Insight analysis on specific sectors and keep the teams up to date sharing relevant sector information.
- Content editor for daily / weekly newsletters.
Skills required:
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Business Economics or other relativedegrees.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English(Mandatory).
- Knowledge and interest in M&A, Valuation, Impairment Test, Due Digilence.
- Excellent Word, Spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills.
- Solid finance skills and interest in finance.
