About this role We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Design Designer who will play a critical role in building and maturing our Design System, Dialtone . This is a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary role for an experienced systems-minded designer who can navigate the nuances between design and front-end development concerns.
** All applications must have a portfolio attached or URL provided to be considered ** What you'll do: You will be instrumental in the design and continuous enhancement of Dialtone's design language, components, patterns, and documentation — collaborating closely with the team to foster a culture of ownership and pride. You're at home building system components in Figma complemented by a practical knowledge of HTML/CSS to support front-end design integration. Your front-end design experience might be characterized as "front of the front-end ."As a systems-minded designer, you will play a core role in shaping Dialtone's evolution, balancing the needs of core users (designers and engineers) with product end users. You will develop and produce resources, tools, and documentation to support the Dialpad team, optimizing practices to elevate quality and efficiency as well as prioritizing design integrity.You will contribute to Dialtone's roadmap, assisting with feature prioritization, scope, and task execution.
