Our Client Our client is building the first of its kind Web3 operating platform that is entirely smart contract based focusing on serving on-chain use cases. Their mission is to bridge the gap that would enable the next wave of enterprises, funds and institutions to operate on-chain in a safe, compliant and efficient way. Our client is looking for another senior software engineer to grow their growing team! In this role, you will:Work directly with the CEO and have visibility into all aspects of the companyWork across the entire technical stack including: platform, protocol and moreDesign infrastructure and protocol systemsDirectly engage with our customers to iterate and build a best-in-class user experienceStay up to date with latest developments in crypto infrastructure and Defi areasWhat we're seeking3+ years of experience in hands-on software engineering with familiarity working with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript and SolidityExperience in smart contract developmentExperience with tools, practices, and programming patterns for ensuring software correctnessStrong problem solving skills with experience independently delivering large initiatives end-to-end, from idea to live and adding valueExcellent communication skills in both an internal and customer-facing context and fluent in writing design documentation as well as participating in technical discussions and reviews synchronously, asynchronously, in person or remotelyProduct-driven mindset with deep empathy for our customersStrong desire to work at a very early stage startup with interest to take on project from zero to one with collaboration with the rest of the core teamLove working hard and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a delivery-minded mentality: innovate, iterate, and ship fastIntellectually honest and low ego.
