Responsibilities
Involved in full-cycle process of recruitment:
Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill complex positions.Oversee all candidate communications from the moment they apply until they get onboard and during the onboarding process.Source potential candidates on niche platforms, databases, social media, etc.Deliver pertinent company information to candidates, encompassing the organizational culture, career advancement opportunities, professional growth and benefits packages.Give feedback to all candidates undergoing the process, updating constantly their status or feedback in management systems.Attend and propose key events to promote culture and attract candidates.Participate in the final selection and negotiate salary fitment, and final offer.Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to strategically advertise open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks and our careers page.Craft and post technical job descriptions.Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary to identify suitable candidates for specific positions.
Experience & Qualifications
2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for various IT roles.Demonstrated high aptitude for technical understanding and ability to assess candidate qualifications.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and peers.Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with the ability to hit the ground running immediately.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in addressing challenges.Advanced proficiency in English (B2, C1)
