Demonstrated experience in implementation or client-facing relationships. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired. Responsibilities Develop long-term partnerships with clients to ensure they realize the full value of their investment, encouraging contract renewal. Maintain high client satisfaction by acting as a liaison between clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion and upsell opportunities. Work with larger clients. Provide input into the Customer Success Management (CSM) methodology and direction. Mentor newer CSMs voluntarily.
