Who we seek: We're seeking an Account Executive to join our LATAM team supporting southern LATAM (Chile, Argentina & Peru).
As an AE you will be responsible for prospecting and driving deals in the defined region.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has an upbeat attitude with hands-on prospecting and full sales cycle management experience.
Candidates should be self-starters and motivated to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What you'll do: Identify, develop, and execute an account strategy to close new business and drive growthEstablish positive business relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level executivesDevelop a partner ecosystem by building a plan for ACV growth tied to the region's strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal stakeholders and partnersPrepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast in BigID's CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurateConduct regular cadence between the Partner & BigID stakeholders and adjust strategiesIdentify partner enablement needs and align with internal resources to fill the gapsDevelop and execute a prospecting strategy to target commercial prospects in your assigned regionOwn each step of the sales cycle from lead qualification to closingMeet or exceed quarterly quota expectations and key business metricsWhat you'll bring: Bachelor's Degree highly preferred6+ years of sales experience and prior experience working with top global vendorsPrior sales experience in the technology (SaaS) industry is preferred, Data, Security, Cybersecurity, SecOps, RiskProven track record of at least 3 continuous years of achieving or exceeding quotaStrong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM modelsHave a grounding in emerging data protection regulations like GDPR, LGPDAbility to articulate and present well to C-level executives and technical stakeholdersSelf-starter and self-motivated - a tenacious individual who isn't afraid of taking initiativeDemonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotasOur Values: We look for people who embody our values - Care, Do, Try & Shine.
