Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 6 years of experience in digital marketing and building clients.

- 2 years of experience using products: Google Ads, Google Marketing Platforms.

- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in sales including, effective questioning, objection handling, and pitching.

- Experience managing a sales portfolio.

- Agency business and landscape understanding.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Effective client relationship and servicing skills,
and solution-based selling.

- Demonstrated thought leadership, with the ability to influence C/B levels.

The Traditional Media Agency (TMA) team is responsible for business growth working together with our agency partners. As an Account Executive, you'll focus on strengthening long-term relationships with our partners and clients, to drive opportunities with large and global brands. You'll work cross-functionally to identify and implement solutions that best suit the unique needs of the book of business. You will learn not only about digital advertising but also about the whole offline advertising world.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with high value agencies and clients.

- Work towards business goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to Google's agency partners.

- Manage and strengthen primary and advisor agency relationships from executive C/B-level.

- Analyze data trends and user performance in order to obtain impactful insights for agencies/clients.

- Identify new opportunities and develop solid strategic plans, and prepare/conduct strategic presentations.
