The Traditional Media Agency (TMA) team is responsible for business growth working together with our top agency partners. As an Account Strategist, you'll work cross-functionally to help our partners identify and implement solutions that best suit the unique needs of your book of business.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or advertising in a client facing role.
- Experience working with digital campaigns and Google Ads
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working towards assigned goals.
- Understanding of Google's products and solutions available for advertisers.
- Expertise in running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- Ability to manage a sales portfolio.
- Ability to employ sales techniques including: effective questioning and objection handling.
- Work closely with high value agencies and clients, to help them get the best out of each campaign planned.
- Work towards business goals while delivering an excellent experience to Google's agency partners.
- Implement creative ways to improve our agency relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products, by communicating with agencies and customers proactively, via phone/email/direct contact.
- Provide strategic advice and help Agencies get the best return on investment on their clients’ advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
- Grow agency business via driving scaled product adoption and growth.
