Accounting Analyst

Pulpo Media is looking for a young professional of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related careers to join the Finance Team.
The role will report directly to the Finance Manager and the main responsibilities will be:Manage the billing process to accomplish monthly due dates.Perform monthly reconciliations and reports requested by Corporate Finance.Manage internal process for requesting invoice's revisions.Meet regularly with manager to provide account updates.Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.Support in all Audit requests.Billing quality assurance.Prepare and support the corporate accounting entries.
Requirements:Advanced student or Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience.Good verbal and written English communications skills.Good interpersonal, organizational and communication (both written and oral) skills.Good analytical and problem resolution skills.Proactive, enthusiastic, professional, process orientation and strong ability to drive for results.Audit oriented
. Ability to successfully handle competing priorities and customers, required.Excellent research and reconciliation skills, required.Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills, required.Must be able to work well with internal and external customers at all levels.
