The RoleWe are looking for an Accounting Specialist to be part of this amazing and fast-growing Fintech who will support all aspects of accounting and financial analysis, financial planning, and implementation of financial controls.
He/She will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Finance Controller, other areas of Clip that may require his analytical skillset, as well as supporting data requests from external auditors.
He will work closely with operational areas of Clip to ensure all records are up to date.
What will I be doing?Oversee and perform the accounting records for the subsidiaryWork with the finance team as a local link for accounts payable, accounting, treasury, etc.Perform account reconciliations, financial analysis and information requiredMonitoring & proposing improvements of established controlsBe the link with local banks and the treasury teamWork with the advisors (accounting, lawyers, etc.)
to comply with local regulationsOversee timely, accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders and expense reportsQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or administration+4 years General AccountingExcellent organization and time management skillsOutstanding customer service skills (internal & vendors)Knowledge of local regulations and FX policyComputer literate: Knowledge of SAP, Netsuite or another ERPIn Clip, we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
