Accounts Receivable Analyst

• Dabrein solutions seleccionara Accounts Receivable Analysts, responsible for the financial administration projects in an Oracle ERP system.
They analyze and process project documentation to provide accurate billing for our customers and are responsible for ensuring payments are collected. Additionally, Accounts Receivable Analysts are responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting for multiple levels of the organization.

- Education: Graduate of Accounting or Business Administration preferred

- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (required)

Technical competencies:
o At least 2 years of experience in Accounting Dept of multinational company preferred
o Knowledge of accounting terms and principals
o Familiar with an ERP, Oracle preferred
o Full command of Microsoft Office

MAIN TASKS / ACTIVITIES
1. Maintain accurate and timely information for ITC Projects including: Resource Allocations, Work plans, Revenue, Costs, Budgets, Invoices, Collections, Cash-flows and Closings for all assigned projects.
2. Be the single point of contact for Project related inquires and reports, by proactively collecting and sharing information from/to Customers, Sales, Practices, Consultants, Employees, Support and Accounting.
3. Identify, measure and report critical information and financial issues to Project shareholders to improve Revenue, Cash-flow and Project Margin.
4. Assist and collaborate in processes such as Cash flow (revenue to cash), Billings (keeping them current), Collections AR Aging.
