The role is based in Buenos Aires and involves the first level of review and coordination of daily Finance Operations activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate daily accounting activities performed by the team in GDS Buenos Aires, reporting to the Manager.Oversee daily activities from the BA team, including:Manual Journal EntriesMonthly Flash ReportsFinancial Result SummariesCFO Deep Dive InputsFERC reportingClose ManagementAct as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients during transition and post-go-live phases.Coach junior team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables, leading by example in client communication and team behaviors.Collaborate with teams in GDS India and ACR US onshore to ensure consistent business support across locations.Monitor operational metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and other metrics defined with the client during transition.Additional InformationSeniority level: Mid-Senior level
