About Your Job::
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the smooth function of the IT Department on a daily basis and assist in improving the efficiency of various existing work function including the handling of confidential issues which require a high degree of discretion. You will manage and coordinate internal and external communication including handling all calls in efficient and professional manner. You must arrange internal and external meetings, as required, and provide necessary administrative support including preparing meeting materials, charts and reports when needed, and distribute as required. You will be responsible for communicating and providing information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable administrative support and effective service to the IT department team. You will process and maintain all staff records, overtime and maintain required records.
You will be required to work on renewal of contract work and maintain agenda's and schedules. Coordinate with IT vendors of QR in the selection and on-boarding process. Prepare and maintain Project office reports. Arrange tickets, visa etc. with support from QR HR and perform any other project office related tasks.
About You::
To be successful in this role you will hold a Bachelor's degree or Equivalent from a recognised university. You will have a minimum of 2 years job-related experience. You will need strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office. Moreover, you must be fluent with excellent command in English.
You must have excellent communication & presentation skills and the ability to work effectively across the organisation in a multi-cultural environment. Previous experience in Finance/Legal projects would be an added advantage.
