Actividades a realizar: Maintain department-specific paper files (i.e., categorized, numeric) for easy access and retrieval.
Identify, classify, maintain, and protect files, documentation and sensitive information consistent with record handling and retention requirements.
Hand delivery and mailing of time-sensitive documents.
Create and manage databases or data-based programs to ensure that information is current and available.
Develop administrative desk manual and train backup on procedures.
Coordinate internal meeting logistics (e.g., facilities, audio-visual requirements, food catering services, transport pick-ups and lodging)
Schedule domestic and international travel arrangement to include air and ground transportation.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure availability of resources.
Organize department property (e.g., office supplies, files and equipment) for moves and/or reorganizations.
Support new employees on-board/set-up/move.
