The successful candidate will join Honeywell Process Solutions in Buenos Aires, Argentina and will have responsibility for design and implementation of safety systems. Duties will include assisting with front-end safety studies, developing design documents and drawings, SIS application design and implementation, and project-related documentation. Other duties will include supporting on a variety of applications, sales and proposal support and customer demonstrations. Travel (up to 30%), including international, will be required.
The successful candidate will have an awareness of early safety lifecycle activities (PHA, HAZOP, SIL analysis), implementation with participation in all phases of this phase covering design of safety systems.
Basic Qualifications:
- Suitable technical background with a minimum of 4 yrs safety project execution experience
- ESD (Emergency Shut Down) or F&G; (Fire and Gas) or (Burner Management Systems) Programming exp.
- Proven experience with at least one of the following safety systems (FSC, Safety Manager, Delta V SIS, Triconex, ProSafe or similar).
Preferred:
- Degree in Engineering or Technology Safety System Implementation at Petro Chemical Sites,
- CFSE or TUV FS Eng or ISA84 SFS
