AGCO Service Supervisor (Warranty)
Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the complete management of the warranty process and its interaction with the other processes of the company and the Dealer network.
Job Responsibilities
: Ensure compliance with standards, processes and policies of warranty for products.
: Follow:up of the issue of Warranty Policies and Claims for failures. Analysis and approval of them.
: Provide support to the dealers in all aspects related to the area.
: Prepare budgets and provisions regarding Inspections and payment of Claims in Warranty.
: Prepare the indicators of the area, establish local goals and monitor them, defining the actions to ensure compliance with the defined goals.
: Coordinate the audits to the dealers and execute the actions that result from them.
: Manage cost recovery with suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications
: Bussines Administration, Agricultural engineer, Industrial engineer, etc.
: Advanced MS Office and IT tools
: Technical background (agricultural machinery prefereable)
: Languages: English (mediaum/advanced)
Minimum Level of Education Required
: Bachelor Degree
