Promote and align with implementation of an Agile transformation vision, roadmap, and Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) operating model Improve the culture by incorporating Lean-Agile values and principles into existing processes across the organization Promote and implement core metrics to optimize leadership, team, ART, and business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability Promote a Lean-Agile mindset through the development of internal training content and agile ways of working guidance that aim to coach and train coaches, agile roles, managers, and executives Create, launch, and facilitate organizational learning including Communities of Practice (CoP) Assess organizational maturity around business agility providing coaching where opportunities for improvement exist Act as an Agile Coach, developing RTEs, Scrum Masters, and closely partnering with the Product Manager & IT Delivery Owner to guide the agile release train About Us We work with the world's top brands to make smart devices simpler.
