Position Overview

AJC is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team in our San Juan office.
The Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately completing sales and purchase order entries and updates in our internal systems. The ideal candidate should be pro-active, positive, energetic, and able to work under pressure.

Essential Duties

Including but not limited to

- Receive and sort orders received by the automated email distribution system

- Enter orders as requested in ATIS

- Assist other members of the Order Entry team with special requests

- Provide assistance to IT as required for the Order Management System

- Responsible for the accurate entry of purchase and sale orders in our company computer applications.

- Track all orders and modifications as necessary from the Operations and Credit departments.

Education & Experience

- 1 to 2 years of data or order entry experience required.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

- Advanced skills in MS Outlook and Excel and Oracle.

- Candidate is required to read, write, and, speak English fluently.
