Manejar consultas de clientes (tanto externos como internos)
:
Conducción de una cartera de entre 100 a 200 clientes con deuda abierta
:
Resolución de problemas que llevan a la falta de pago mediante la interacción con los departamentos involucrados
:
Negociación de planes de pago y de saldo de deuda
:
Proveer resúmenes ejecutivos de avance de cuenta, acciones tomadas y pasos a seguir
:
Trabajar de manera autónoma
:
Realizar reconciliaciones en formato Excel para envío a clientes
:
Adquirir un conocimiento profundo del sistema para adquirir un entendimiento generalizado del proceso end:to:end
:
Dar soporte a proyectos y actividades especiales
:
Promover el desarrollo de mejora continúa
REQUISITOS:
:
Ingles Bilingüe (se hará un examen escrito y oral previo al proceso de selección)
:
Estudios o experiencias en Finanzas, Tesorería, Contaduría o Administración es una ventaja.
:
Excelentes capacidades de comunicación
:
Trabajo en equipo
:
Orientado al detalle, organizado y facilidad para seguir temas de cerca

Orientación a resolver problemas proactivamente

Buen manejo del paquete Office
:
Experiencia previa en Cobranzas (Deseable)
