1) Órdenes de Venta. Cotización, y proceso de órdenes de compra. Seguimiento periódico de las mencionadas ordenes de clientes y cotizaciones. Identificación temprana de cualquier inconveniente en estas órdenes que pueda afectar el forcst de vente y el compromiso con los clientes, y activar las acciones necesarias.
2) Listas de precio: Analizar y actualizar periódicamente de listas de precios para los componentes (repuestos, filtros y lubricantes), sus costos y márgenes. Mantener actualizado todos los sistemas y hojas de cálculo necesarios para la correcta cotización y facturación. Mantener actualizados las listas de los clientes periódicamente comunicar a los clientes los cambios en las listas de precio (nuevos ítems, superseciones, cambios en precios)
3) Análisis de Ventas y Márgenes y Reportes mensuales: Mensualmente revisar el detalle de ventas para identificar los ítems con margen no esperado, investigar las razones y activar las acciones para su pronta corrección. Mensualmente revisar el Reporte de márgenes y los mayores contables enviados por finanzas y revisar los cargos no esperados (Courier, fletes, ajustes manuales, etc., E and O, Rebates). Activar acciones y correcciones. Análisis diario de los estados de venta e identificar issues que puedan afectar el FCST (procesos detenidos del sistema, demora de ingresos de mercadería, reservas no apropi
