About the job: We are seeking a Senior Analyst of Commercial Strategy for Payment Methods.
The main responsibility will be managing the credit aspects related to the Payment Methods business, including credit/debit cards, acquiring, and merchant relations.
Responsibilities:
Define the credit strategy for the customer portfolio.Manage credit for commercial campaigns, including risk policies and credit assistance.Develop new credit business, covering products and channels.Improve the commercial efficiency of credit products, focusing on delinquency trends and cleanup processes.Conduct performance benchmarking against the market.Define, build, and monitor key credit management indicators.Requirements:
Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business management, product development, project management, or commercial functions.Solid knowledge of retail banking, especially related to credit/debit cards, acquiring, and merchants.Intermediate/advanced SQL skills in Teradata.Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Python (desirable).What we offer:
